"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to teach you how to make bake penne with sausage. Now we're going to put together our asiago garlic bread. First we're going to take a grater and our asiago cheese and we're going to use the course side of the grater. There's nothing better than freshly grated cheese it taste so much different than cheese that you buy already shredded. It's sort of dried out and it doesn't have that taste that you are looking for. So we have our melted butter and we're going to add some fresh garlic (two tablespoons) and some oregano. I love oregano I use it a lot and it also gives it so flake of greens to this toast which is going to be nice. I'm going to stir that together doesn't that look nice and we'll go and spoon it on the garlic bread and then we're going to top the garlic bread with the cheese. We'll put some cheese and when we come back we're going to get this garlic bread finish and put in the oven with the baked penne."
