"Hi this is Leslie owner of Chefs Inc. Cooking school on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to be talking more artichoke and risotto. Now that our risotto is complete, our seasonings have all been adjusted we are going to plate it. When you are plating your risotto you want to not give them to much cause it is a very heavy dish. So you want to take a small amount, it should spread out slightly. It shouldn't stay in a big pile cause you want it to be creamy. If your risotto gets to thick the way that you want to thin it out so it stays nice and creamy is just to add a little bit more stock to it. If you put it on your plate and a nice garnish and enjoy. "
