Mixing Ricotta for Baked Penne Pasta Recipe

"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to teach you how to make bake penne with sausage. Now we're going to make our ricotta mixture with the ingredients we talked about in the last clip. We're going to start with the egg and you want to whisk that up. We're going to add our whole milk ricotta it looks so delicious and tasty, it really adds extra of levels of creamy cheese to the baked casserole. This is a combination of Parmesan and Romano and whip that together with the egg actually we need a little bit more of ricotta. Now I'm going to season it with salt, white pepper this time and nutmeg and that is our ricotta mixture that is going to go in with the bake penne and sausage.
