"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is really similar to the hug exercise, but this time it's like opening and closing your coat because this time it's everything done a little bit lower. We're starting with the starting position, then take your hands to the side and close your coat, then we're opening. It's a little bit different movement, which work on different muscles and a little bit different on your joint. Again, make sure you are using alternating arms each time. So one time the right arm is above the left arm. The next time the left arm will be above the right arm."
