Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called the hug because you are going to hug yourself. We'll lift our arms to the shoulder level, then cross it front of the body touching the opposite shoulder. So open and close. Make sure you're alternating. So one time the left arm will be above the right arm, and the other time the right arm is above the left arm."
