"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is the golf swing. Again, we'll start with the feet shoulder width apart. Holding 2 hands together, take one little step forward, and then start to swing. Now, with this exercise, it's really important that you'll shift your body weight a little bit to the side and turn your hip out. It's going from here and I'm turning my hip and my weight shift a little bit to this side. Now to the other side. Other leg is forward. "
