"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is the variation for the exercise that we just did before. This time we'll start with the thumb facing downwards. Now, as you open the arms to side, you will feel that you have to pull the water aside. So you're pushing the water, and then when you want to get back to the starting position, twist your wrists. Now, thumbs facing upwards and then close. Then you have to push the water and close them again. Now, again. Thumbs down, to the side, and now turning it again. Thumbs up, push the water and close."
