Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called the straight arm sweeps. We'll start with raising the arms to be in the shoulder level. Everything is done inside the water. So shoulders and arms are inside of the water. We'll start with palms facing upwards. Now, we'll take the arms to the side and twist the hands so now the palms are facing downwards. We'll bring the arms again together and twist again so the palms looking upwards. Again, twist it downwards, then bring it together and twist it and arms now looking upwards."
