Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called the slide. We'll raise our hands to be in the shoulder level. Make sure your palms facing down, then bend your elbows, take it backwards so your shoulder blades are almost touching each other. Again, from here, take it down, back. Now, make sure all the time when you're taking it down, the arms should parallel to the water. It's not supposed to look like that inside of the water, and it's not supposed to look like that. Just from here, right here, parallel. Now, from the back you can see it also. "
