"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is the breaststroke exercise. Yes, it's like swimming breaststroke but you can stand in place and do it or walk while doing it. We place the hands up high on the shoulder level. Make sure your shoulders and arms are inside of the water, not outside. Now, start with hands straight, open them to the side, then start to bend you elbow and bring it back together to straight position. Now, you can do it either while taking your thumb up when closing the arms like that, or while taking your palms down and closing. Like that, down. "

on 5/7/2008 I saw this collection of videos on ytube. Great set of videos that do a good job of showing various water exercises.
