"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Another good exercise for stretching the trunk and the sides of your body is just basically standing. Again, feet parallel to each other, chest up, elevated, relax your shoulders, hold your arms to the side of your body and take the arm towards your knee, back to the center. Again, to the knee and to the center. You can feel all the time the stretching right in this area. Don't over bend. Don't go too much further down."
