Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is arm circles. This time start with the starting position. Again, make sure you're doing all the exercise when you're deep inside of water. Don't do it as what I'm showing you right now. I just want you to learn the movement when you're trying it. You start with the starting position. Raise your hands to the side of the body, face palms down, and then start to do small circles. I'm doing circles forward, then do circles backwards. Now, you can also do small circles and gradually increase the size of the circles. Do the same thing backwards. Small and gradually increase the circle size. You can also do it with your palms facing upwards. Like that. "
