"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called thumb touch. This is the last exercise for this series. You straighten your thumb pointing up and then touch each base of the fingers. Just move each finger and touch the base of it. Now, between touching, straighten your thumb and make it straight again."
