Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise again is the arms circles in front of the body. This time instead of facing with the palms down, we'll face the palms up. You can feel that you're doing a different movement and using a little bit different muscles. Again, starting with small circles to one side and then to the other side. Again, you can gradually increase the side of the circle. It's getting bigger. Then again to the other side. Very small circles. Gradually increase."
