"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called thumb circles. I will show you first outside of the water how it should look like. You just point with your thumb up and then start to do circles. You can do clockwise circles and then counterclockwise circles and just play with that. Just make sure that you're doing the same amount of circles to each direction. "
