"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise we can call stand attention. I'm showing you the exercise outside of the water just so you can see the movement, but again, all the time you have to be inside of the water at the shoulder depth. Every joint that you're using is inside of the water when exercising on it. You start when bending your elbow slightly and then placing it on the buttocks level. Now, I'm taking it from here and sliding it up my spine as much as I possibly can. "
