"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is palms up and palms down. Now, it's better to be at the water level with your shoulders when doing it. Although, you can even take your arms a little bit outside the water. Now again, you start with the starting position. Hands next to your body, raise them to shoulder level. Now, all the movement is going from here to here. So when you're going down palms face downwards and then go upwards. "
