"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called the piano because we're going to stimulate piano playing. I will show it first outside of the water. You straighten your finger and then start to bend and straighten each finger in whatever order that you feel like. Just make sure you bend one and straighten the other. Now, the movement is only from the middle joint. This is the middle joint. It's not from here. I'm not bending the whole finger. I'm just bending half of the finger and straightening it. I'm bending the thumb now and straightening it, and then go to each finger and make sure that you're doing good. We can play with that. Now, I'll show you inside of the water. I'm placing the elbow closer to my body and starting to play piano inside of the water."
