Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called the scissor exercise. We will cross our arm in front of the body first, then we will cross it behind the body. Now, movement with the arms is around the hip level, so I'm crossing it, then taking it apart to the side of the body, crossing it behind the body. Again, to the sides and to the center. Now, alternate all the time between your arms. Now I'm doing with the right arm in front of the left arm. The other time I will do the left arm before the right arm. Now, from the back it should look like that. "
