"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is a variation for the exercise that we just did of the finger curls. This time, we'll do it a little bit different. Bend your elbows, place them close to your body, straighten your fingers, and curl the fingers and make a loose fist. This time, we'll open each finger at a time. I'm starting with the thumb and going to the next finger. Then whenever all the fingers are open, we'll make another loose fist and start again to open one finger at a time. So now I'm in the deeper water. My wrists are inside of the water. Placing elbows close to the body and starting to make a loose fist and opening it one finger at a time. Closing it and open."
