"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is raising and lowering the arms until you reach overhead clapping. We'll start with the starting position, then raise your hands up to the shoulder level, which will be also the water level. Now, twist your wrists so now your palms are facing upwards. Then take your arms up overhead and clap, then take it down to shoulder level, twist your wrists again. Now palms facing downwards then bring it closer to the body. Again, up twist, overhead clap. Down, twist, and back to the body. Again, you should do it in the water level. I showed you the movement outside the water, but actually, you have to be in this level with the water. I will show you how it should look like that. I'm bringing it up, clapping, down, and back to the body."
