Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercises are raising and lowering your arms. You will start with the starting position and then lift your arms to the shoulder level, and then take it down. Up and down. Now, your palms should be facing down when doing this. I'm showing it too high in the water. You should be more inside of the water so when you lift your arms, you're at the level of the water, not higher. So shoulder inside of the water and then going down. "
