"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called finger curls. We bend our elbows, straighten your fingers. Now, start to curl your fingers loosely so you're making a small fist. Don't squish too hard. Don't close the fists hard, just really loose. Again, you can see in deeper water. I'm making sure that my wrists are inside of the water. I'm bending the elbows and starting to curl the fingers to make a small fist."
