"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called wrist left to right. We're bending our elbows, place fingers together lightly. Don't squish too hard. You can also use the prayer position before if you don't feel convenient to bend your fingers like that. Now, we start just by bending the wrists right and left. Make sure that the movement is only from the wrist. You're not pushing from the fingers, just the wrist movement. Just make sure all the time to think about it. Now, you can see inside of the water. This time I'll show you with the prayer position. So like that and placing it front of my chest. Elbows are close to the body, and then bend the wrist from right to left."
