"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is prayer position movement. We will take the two arms, close them together palms facing each other in front of the body. Bend your elbows. Take it closer to your chest now and turn it up. Now, you will start from this position. The next step will be turning your wrists only and fingers forward and straighten your arm. Now, we're going backwards. I'm bending my elbows again turning the wrist. Now my fingers facing upwards. This is how it looks inside the water. Most of my arms are inside of the water. I'm taking my arms in front of the body. Bring it closer to the chest, turn the wrists up so fingers are facing upwards. Then again, turn the wrists so now the fingers are facing forward and straighten your arm. Now, bring it closer to the chest again and turn the wrists so now the fingers are facing upwards."
