Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is the arms over head, or you can call it touchdown. You start with 2 hands facing each other in front of the body and then taking them up to try to reach as high as you possibly can. Don't lean backwards too much. Now you can do just one arm at a time. If you feel it hurts your muscles or it's hard for your joint, you can use the support of the other hand to bring the other hand up like that. "
