"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called wrist circles. Now, this is important. If you don't feel good with that exercise, it's hurting you, just don't do this. You can try it and if you don't feel good with that, just stop and go to another exercise or try something else. Bend your elbows, put them next to your body and relax your wrists and fingers, make a fist, and start to do circles with the wrists. The movement is only from the wrist. It's not going from the whole arm so make sure the elbows are close to the body. I'm going outside doing small circles outside and then going inside with small circles. Now, you can see how it should look inside of the water. I'm bending my elbows again, relax my fingers and wrists making a fist, and starting to do small circles only from the wrist. I'm going to one side doing small circles inside and then to the opposite side. Small circles outside."
