"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise we can call it waving if you want again. It's like saying hi to someone. I'm bending my elbows putting them next to the body, relaxing my wrists and fingers, and just doing hi. I'm bending it to one side and then going to the other side. Now, make sure that it's not hurting you. If you're going to this side and it hurts you too much or it makes your elbows to go to the side, you can just eliminate it and just go to one side and go to the middle and then to the other side. Now, you can see how we should look inside of the water. Again, elbow inside the water, arms and fingers inside the water and just wave."
