Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is a variation for the fingertip shoulder exercise. Now, this time we'll start again with the same position or even while holding 2 hands together inside the water. Then pick it up to the shoulder level. Take again your fingertips to hold the shoulders. Now, we'll take our arms up to the sky and then bring it straight down. We start from arms down, shoulder level, touching shoulders, up, down."
