Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is fingertips to shoulders. We will start with the hands on the sides of the body. We'll take it up, lift it to shoulder level, then bend your elbows, touch your shoulder with your fingertips, and then do the reverse motion to come back to the starting position. So straight and down. Again, lift your arms up, bend your elbows, touch with your fingers on the shoulders and then back. Make sure that you are lifting your arms and touching. Don't take your elbows down. It's still in the shoulder level. "
