Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called hand and wrist wave. Again, starting from the 90-degree angle we will relax our fingers and wrists. Now, we'll bend your wrists up and bend your wrists down, bend your wrists up, and bend your wrists down. Now, you can do one up and the other hand down and just play with it as you feel like. Now, you can see how it should look inside of the water. All your hand is inside the water. I'm keeping my 90 degree angle with the elbow and just bending the wrist up and down."
