Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is the over head reach. We will raise the arm as high as possible, then take it down backwards as much as possible. I don't want you to feel hurt or pain when doing this, so be patient and see how much you can pick it up and take it down. With 2 arms. Up and taking it backwards. Again, you can do it deeper water, which I more recommend it. If you don't feel comfortable with it just stay in the shallower water."
