We will raise the arm as high as possible, then take it down backwards as much as possible. I don't want you to feel hurt or pain when doing this, so be patient and see how much you can pick it up and take it down. With 2 arms. Up and taking it backwards. Again, you can do it deeper water, which I more recommend it. If you don't feel comfortable with it just stay in the shallower water."
