"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is a variation for the supination and pronation exercise that we just did. This time we'll extend our arms forward and do the same thing. So one time the palms of your hand facing the ceiling. The next time it will face the floor and rotate. You can do it also to the side. So take your arms to the side so you're on shoulder level, and then do that exercise again. Now, you should be in this kind of level with the water so your shoulders are totally inside of the water when doing it. Also, you palms and fingers. Just rotate your arm. Make sure that the movement start from the wrist."
