"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The set of exercises will be fingers and wrists exercises. Now, in these kind of exercise, we will all the time will start from a 90 degrees angle with the elbows, something around that. Now, if you don't feel convenient with this kind of angle, you can play with it. Just make sure that it's not hurting you. Now, another important thing with this kind of exercise, you have to keep your elbows close to the body and not to the side. All the exercises that you will work on will start from the elbows and the fingers and now from the shoulders. Again, before we start I want to mention again that I'm doing all the exercise in the shallow water because I want to show you exactly how it should look like, but you should be in the deeper water and all the time arms inside the water when doing this. Again, we will bend our elbows, put them on the side, and face them with the pals toward the ceiling. We will rotate the wrist so now the palms are facing the floor of the pool. Again, rotate it again toward the ceiling and rotate again toward the floor. You should be in this kind of level with the water. Again, I'm bending my elbows and rotating just my wrists. Fingers are straight and facing forward."
