Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next group of exercises are the shoulder exercises. Now, if you are uncomfortable or unstable in the deeper water when your shoulders are in the level of the water, you can go to the shallower water, or even sit on the bench. If you have a bench that you can put inside of the water, or to sit on the stairs and do those exercises. It doesn't matter. For me, I will do it in the shallow water so you can see the movement better. The first exercise will be the shoulder leg exercise. Now, I will start with the starting position. Again, chest up, look forward, shoulder relaxed. Now, I will take the shoulder to the front and then together in the back. Front and to the back. Now I'll show you the same movement but from the back."
