Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is the side neck bending. You will tilt your neck to your shoulder. Also taking your ear toward the shoulder, then bring it back to the center. Again, to the other side, bend it into your shoulder. Bring it to the center. Make sure you always stop in the center before you tilt your head to the other side. Also important not to take your shoulder to your neck or to your head. The movement is from the neck to the shoulder."
