"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called the chop. We will place the hands in front of the body touching each other. Bend your elbows, bring them back until they touch the shoulder, and then take them down until they touch your thigh. Until here, and then up, touch the shoulder, and down. Do it also to the other side. So touch the other shoulder and then the other thigh. If you don't feel comfortable with this position, you can do it even with one arm at a time. Just from here, touch the shoulder, and then back to the thigh, and then do the other arm. From the thigh to the shoulder."
