"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is the neck rotation or looking over the shoulder, whatever you wish to call it. So you start from the center looking forward, then looking to the side, then return to the middle, looking to the other side, return to the middle. Make sure you always stop in the middle position, in the center, and then rotate it to the other side. Try to do the biggest rotation you can do but not over exaggerated. Not taking it too much with the whole body. Just the neck that works. "
