"Hi! My name is Rotem. I'm an Exercise Physiologist and an Aquatic Therapist, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next few exercises are the neck exercises. The first one will be the neck turtle exercise. In this exercise, we will take our necks backwards and forward. When you're taking your neck backwards, you have to think about doing a double chin like movement like this. When you're taking it forward, you always have to think about taking your lower jaw forward with it like this. So it's going like this. Backwards, forward. It really looks funny and makes you look like a turtlehead, but it's really good for your joints and for the flexibility in your neck."
