"Hi! My name is John King for expertvillage.com, chef here at Benson's Vinaigrettes in Lansing, Michigan. One of the reasons I made so much of this is to show you that you can do different versions of it and also you can freeze this. I always feel like if I am going to make something, I would rather make a lot of it and then have it frozen and then I can use it a month from now, week or whatever it may be. So the way you would do that is before you put the cheese on it, put it in a ziploc bag and get all the air out of it and throw it in your freezer, leave it in there until you are ready for it and then take it out the night before. By the next following day it would be thawed out and then you would put it in your pan and put the cheese on top and put it in the oven. You could take it out the same day if it was frozen and just put it in the microwave, heat it up and put cheese on top. It is just a good idea if you are going to go through the trouble of making something from scratch to make extra of it so you could have it later on when you are busy one night and you don't have anything to cook. It would just be nice to come home to get that out of the refrigerator or freezer and have a good dinner and really quick and easy way to do it. Thanks for watching this clip and have a good day. "
