We have all of our mac and cheese panned up here. Now we are going to do different versions of it to give you ideas of ways you can jazz it up a little bit. Do something different. If you just have the macaroni and cheese, it would be for a side dish. If you add meat to it, you could use it as an en tree, a main dish. It has a lot of different ways you can do it. You could add different cheeses on top. You could add pepper jack cheese to make it a little bit spicier. You could add any kind of cheese that you want. Any kind of toppings that you want. You could add hot dogs if you wanted for your kids something for them to enjoy. So the first dish is just going to be plain macaroni and cheese as a side dish. So we are going to sprinkle the cheese on top of it. You just throw it in the oven at 350 degrees. You want the cheese to melt and form a crust on top so that you have a nice crunchy texture to it. The other version we are going to do is with some Italian sausage. It is with Italian sausage that I cooked up and diced and mixed that right in with your macaroni and cheese to give it a spicier flavor and add a lot of flavor to it, your dish. The other option you could do if you wanted. Just regular smoked ham that I diced up and you just mix that to your macaroni and cheese. Put that right in there and the other idea is to put some bacon. I pan fried some bacon and chopped it up. We are going to mix that right with it. There are all kinds of different ideas that you could use to make this upscale dish. You could just use your own creativity, whatever you want to do, sounds good to you, whatever you like, whatever cheeses you like and go ahead and use your own creativity and make it your own.
