"Welcome to Expert Village. For the next part of the recipe we're going to make the pizza part of this recipe. Okay, we're going to open up our puff pastry here and lay it out. Be careful not to tear this too badly, okay, next we're going to cut five inch circles. I found a bowl about that size works pretty good for that. Lay that on there and then cut around. Just going to cut around here with a nice sharp knife. This is our helper Darby, she is a great help in the kitchen. She will eat anything that falls on the floor in case I make a mess here.
