How to Make Apple Relish for Apple Pizza

"Welcome to Expert Village. Now that our caramel sauce has cooled we're going to make the apple relish part of our dessert. You're going to need two to three small granny smith apples or you can use Gravenstein. Once these have been chopped you're going to need about one and three quarters cup, you'll also need two in a half teaspoons of cinnamon, half cup of sugar, and two tablespoons of light caramel sauce. We're going to peel our apples (peeling) now that they are peeled we are going to chop these up into small pieces. (chopping apples) Once I have the all sectioned up I like to go through and chop them up a little bit more to very fine pieces. I'm going to need about one and three quarters of a cup. Now that I have to one and three quarters cup (oops, a little over) we'll add that to our bowl."
