Serve Potato Salad

"Hi, this is Rich Buccola and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some good old fashion American potato salad. So we're going to take it right from the stove we have a nice bowl. Before I do anything I'm going to definitely going to get some fresh pepper a nice amount of fresh pepper going over the whole top. I love fresh pepper it's a great thing and your supermarket is not going to even get them where it is actually, it's fresh pepper with the actually cutter that chops it up for you. You need about a punch of salt a punch is like a nice hand full go around put that in and throw a little over left shoulder, that's an old one of my moms wise tells. Mix this up really good folks I mean it's just amazing it can be served in room temperature get yourself a nice bowl. Put it into a nice big bowl and pretty much you have it your potato salad, look how beautiful that looks American potato salad I can't wait to actually eat this. This looks so good when I come back just to let you know you're just going to garnish this with maybe a sprig of parsley on the top. You can wrap it up with some wrap and go off to work then you are ready to go. You can actually go to your friends barbecue or whatever and just bring this and say here I made the potato salad. It's yummy, healthy, great and it's very inexpensive to make when I come back I'll tell you the cost and storage, how long it will store American potato salad here on Expert Village."
