"Hi, this is Rich Buccola and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some good old fashion American potato salad. So we're back again I put everything right in this pot you have your eggs whites, mustard, vinegar and you have your potatoes with the skin on. I just basically I like big chunks in here some people will tell you like it breaks up into little pieces. I'm going to come back and get my dressing that was mayonnaise, egg yolks, scallions all the rest of our stuff that we had in our dressing and just put it right in together with the potatoes. Doesn't that looks good I'm telling you this smells delicious it's an easy thing to do on a Friday morning before you go to work have the boys come over on Sunday. Cause this stuff last for about a week but I promise if you make it on Friday morning by Sunday afternoon you better have you better make sure you have enough because I have a feeling on Saturday it will be gone. But here just real simple I like to clean as I go see all the dishes as I have things cooking I will clean. Twenty-twenty five minutes you should have all this done before you go to work all you want to do is just bring it from the bottom and just folding over infusing all those great flavors. This is actually great served chilled or even room temperature when I come back I'll show you how to plate it, how to garnish it and how to season it and how much it cost, American potato salad here on Expert Village."
