"Hi! I'm Tim Ricke, former entrepreneur of the year, on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment, it's simply 3 words. These are the most important 3 words you will learn in this entire segment. They are innovation, quantification, and orchestration because they are the keys to building your systems. They come from Mr. Michael Gerber the E myth revisited. Pick up the book; it's very important to you. Innovation; this means what you're going to do with your business that makes each segment run smoothly. You tried different things, you intivate those new ways of doing it, but you measure them or your quantify them to see if they have improved from the time that you did before. You can see the importance of writing down everything you do so that you understand if the changes are working the way you want them to do. Once you have gotten them to the point where they're very very smooth and you can't seem to get any better unless there's a change in the economy or the marketing place itself, you're going to put it into place. This is your manual at this point. You have taken it through the steps of innovation, quantification and now you're orchestrate it, put it into place. It's very, very important to the entire structure of your business so remember those 3 words."
