"Hello. My name is Frank Torres and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. And this segment is all about getting the hardware you'll need for your paperless operation. I think you'll be happy to know that the hardware you'll need are things that you already have in your office. Like, a personal computer. In order to get the ball rolling in your paperless operation you'll need a p.c. I'm sure you have many of them in your office and even if you don't all you need is just your basic p.c. that will run windows. This is enough to get the ball rolling on the whole thing. Next you'll need a scanner with a high capacity feeder. Yeah, I know that sounds complicated but a scanner with a high capacity feeder are a lot of times already incorporated into the copier you already have in your office. If you don't have a copier with a scanner already integrated into it, get with your copy company. I'm sure they'll be able to work something out within the limits of your contract. The high capacity feeder is simply that mechanism on top of your copier, which shoots the paper through at a high rate, which allows you to make hundreds of copies in minutes. And it does the same when you're scanning things. Next you'll need is an external hard drive. Those are those large, box like structures that you see on the shelves at Best Buy. You'll want to make sure that you get one with a capacity that's enough to back up your library. That way when you back up all your data you'll be able to have the space to take that drive home in case something happens to your office or your computer. You'll have all your data backed up. Like I said before, a lot of these things you already have in your office and that make the paperless solution all that much easier."
