"Hello, my name is Frank Torres and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. And this segment is about working with multiple external hard drives. Now, earlier in this series of videos, we spoke about using an external hard drive to back up your data. Now, as your information becomes more sensitive, you might want to consider using two hard drives and keeping one off-site at all times. This will increase the security of your data, and if something happens to the hard drive that you're carrying, you'll still have the information from the day before saved in a secured area. Now, as you start to rotate- you'll want to start rotation with your external hard drives. If you saved Tuesday's data on hard drive A, you might want to leave hard drive A on home on Wednesday, and bring in hard drive B. And alternate so on and so forth. Now, using more than one hard drive isn't necessary to get your paperless conversion started, but it certainly does add a little bit more security to the whole process and I definitely recommend it if you have the means."
