How to Train Employees for Paperless Offices

They'll never have to go looking through the office trying to find a file that's missing when they have a meeting they need that file for in 5 minutes. It'll be located at one computer or at one server. Also explain how much money you'll be saving. And how those savings that your business is making will be passed on to them. Now, I don't know if that's necessarily the truth but you'll definitely have that option with all the money that this operation will be saving you."
