"Hello. My name is Frank Torres and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. And this segment is on training your employees to use e-files while converting to a paperless office. Now I find this is one of the most interesting parts of converting to a paperless office because a lot of people are afraid of technology. They'll instantly here you say paperless office and they'll be worried about things like not being able to find what they need or something going wrong with the computer. And other things along those lines. This is perfectly normal. But when you're training your personnel how to use the e-files explain to them what the benefits are. They'll never have to go looking through the office trying to find a file that's missing when they have a meeting they need that file for in 5 minutes. It'll be located at one computer or at one server. Also explain how much money you'll be saving. And how those savings that your business is making will be passed on to them. Now, I don't know if that's necessarily the truth but you'll definitely have that option with all the money that this operation will be saving you."
