"Hello, my name is Frank Torres and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. And this segment is on incorporating your paperless office and working with a serve when working with e-files. Now I know some of you businesses out there might be in the middle. You may not be a large corporation, but then again, you're not necessarily a small business either. And you might be working with a server. A server - for those that don't know - is simply a larger computer that shares its resources with smaller computers or clients that are located throughout the office. If you're working with a server, what you'll want to make sure you do is, is map the drive containing the e-files, to all the other clients attached to it, or smaller computers. This will make sure that everybody has access to the files that they need. Instead of having to just go to one computer and just drag that information out of one person's computer, you can go to any computer in your office and drag that e-file. You have to print it out from there - great! And if you have remote desktop, you can print out your e-files from anywhere in the world by just loading it to your computer at the office, accessing your e-files hard drive, and just taking what you need. Working with a server is really neat when incorporating e-files and your paperless strategy. If you're able to get one, I highly recommend it. It would definitely help things out."
